Upon completion of the 200-hour registered Yoga TTC and the 300-hour registered Yoga TTC, comes your final step of doing 500-hour registered Yoga TTC to establish yourself for the advanced level and bring yourself to the epitome of your yogic practice. One can also directly opt for the 500-hour registered Yoga TTC as it teaches all aspects of the prior courses as well. We provide best in class Yoga Teacher training in Rishikesh at Ekam Drishti Yogshala and we are proud to state – we give huge emphasis on the holistic transformation of our students – physical, mental and spiritual, through our courses. Also, after 6 days for rigorous training, Sunday is kept for excursions and recreational activities in the lap of Himalayas, beside the Ganges River, experiencing waterfalls and beach vibes all at the holy land of Rishikesh, India.
We at Ekam Drishti believe that a tree stands strong only when its roots have a strong foundation and the environment around is suitable, hence placing importance on building knowledge at all levels of trinity – the mind, the body and the soul. The 500-hour TTC course is about perfecting your yogic practice of Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga styles of asana while imbibing greater depth on all subjects namely, Anatomy of the human body, its physiology, pranayama, meditation, Dhoshas, Mudra, chakras; and extensive practice of all to bring greater transformation as the next step after 300-hour TTC at our yoga school in Rishikesh.
Once you complete your 500 Hours of training and collect teaching hours after your training (important prerequisite by Yoga Alliance), you would be eligible to register as RYT500 under Yoga Alliance USA and be internationally recognized as a yoga teacher.
The students applying for RYT 500 TTC should have successfully completed the Registered Yoga School (RYS) 200-hour course and RYS 300 TTC. One can directly opt for the RYS 500 TTC also.

Advance Payment: It is mandatory to pay 20% of the total course fee in advance and this is non-refundable in case you are unable to join the course.
The remaining part of the course fee (80%) can be paid upon arrival at the Yogshala. However, full online payment is also allowed. In case of not able to make it for the course, please inform us at least one month prior to course commencement – 20% fee remains non-refundable, 80% of the fee shall be returned in this case.
Please go through the following code of conduct applicable to students participating in courses and activities, as well as non-participating guests at Ekam Drishti Yogshala Yoga School in Rishikesh, during non-class hours, no earlier than 6am and no later than 9pm at night.
No alcohol, drugs, smoking (including vaping, e-cigarettes) or any addictive substance are allowed during student’s stay at school. This applies no matter inside or outside of school premise, including during any extra nights before or after course date, if students are staying at our accommodation. Any alcohol/drug consumption will lead to being asked to leave without certification. If you have a strong habit for smoking, please try to keep it to a minimal and smoke only during Sundays (break day) and at a far distance outside the school premises.
No consumption of non-vegetarian (i.e. meat, poultry, eggs, etc.), within accommodation or school/resort premise. By signing up and booking for this course, you have agreed to our disciplines and our diet requirements that is sattvic vegetarian food – This is important to see real benefits from the course as well.
Students are responsible for bringing dietary supplements or any doctor approved medication that they required during the duration of the course.
No Littering – We pledge to keep our land and environment clean and expect you to support us in our endeavour. Please put all your waste in dustbins or if you don’t fid a dustbin during excursions, then bring your waste to the school premises for responsible disposal of the same. Please do not throw around plastic bottles. It will be highly appreciated if you can use sustainable and eco-friendly ways to minimise your waste production.
No verbal or behavioural aggression or misconduct (including passive aggression), towards classmates, school management, teachers and resort staff at any time shall be tolerated.
This includes gossip, harassment, bullying, or any other behaviour that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or fellow students on the basis of caste, colour, creed, race will attract immediate termination of course for the accused student.
100 % Attendance and Puncuality needs to be adhered to during the course: Students are required to attend 100% of the training hours. Late comers to the class will not be marked present.
Use of mobile phones for external communication or social media in class during an ongoing class shall not be condoned and the phone will be confiscated. This is considered disrespectful to teachers and other classmates and disrupts class environment.
No late night outs or partying. We kindly request students to be back to school and in your room by 9pm for your safety and to support student’s focus on the training that entails early morning routine and intensive schedule throughout the day. Students are not allowed to sleepover outside of school for the duration of their stay.
No romantic relationship or sexual act with teacher(s) or other students for the duration of your course. Students are strongly advised not to go outside school with a teacher alone, even when student thinks it is not a romantic relationship. Teachers are also not permitted under School Policy to organize trips for students or take a student out for a meal alone.
Sexual harassment is highly punishable, however, action shall be taken upon proper investigation for students as well as teachers.
Students are required to sleep in your assigned room for the duration of your stay at school and not allowed to sleepover in another student’s room for any reason.
No outsiders are allowed into student’s bedrooms unless discussed in advance of your program, the guest is checked-in and paid for their stay. Outsider may enter school premise only after requesting permission for each entry from school. He/she is limited to stay only during a certain hour of the day and required to be under supervision.
High Volume Music is not permitted: In case students wants to listen to music, it should be at appropriate volume, only if roommate (if any) agrees, only if neighbours do not complain, only during non-class hours, no earlier than 6am and no later than 9pm.
