This 3-day Himalayan Meditation and Yoga Retreat includes a half-day pilgrimage to a sacred site. Three vegetarian meals, including afternoon masala chai, will be served throughout this yoga teacher training. We advise students to retire to bed early, before 10 p.m., so that they may fully enjoy the yoga retreat.
