Typical Daily Schedule
The Yoga Training program starts at 6:15 a.m. with a brief morning prayer and a pranayama session. The morning session for classical Yoga Postures (Hatha-Yoga) follows, followed by food. After that, we have two primary sessions: one on philosophy and the other on yoga anatomy, followed by a midday meal.
After that, there will be some time for self-study and practice before we begin the afternoon and evening sessions of Vinyasa-Yoga Asanas, followed by Relaxation and Meditation. There will be some inspiring cultural events, such as Satsang (devotional songs), talks on yoga-related topics, and audio and video courses.
Weekly assignments will be part of the course since they allow you to get a deeper understanding of the themes and experiences via your yoga practices.
Three yoga vegetarian meals, as well as fruit snacks and green tea, will be supplied throughout this yoga teacher training.
